Pro Pens

  Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email from logos@tcgiftsandengraving.com requesting a logo submission. Once we receive your logo, we will mock up your product for final approval before production. Be sure to submit a vector file so we have the highest quality image ready to use. This is to ensure we do not have to charge our clients for set up fees associated with editing logos or searching for higher quality images.

 For in stock items, your order should be ready for shipment in 5 to 10 business days once mock ups are approved. Shipping times on items not in stock, vary between 5 and 10 business days as well.

For our pens, there is a minimum order quantity of 50 units.  There are automatic discounts applied in the cart, with price breaks at 100 units ($1.75/unit), 200 units ($1.50/unit), and 500+ units ($1.25/unit).
