Embroidered Hats are custom made to order.  All designs are finalized before production to ensure they turn out as intended.  In saying this, there are no refunds issued.  However, if misprint is deemed our fault, we will replace the misprints.

We have a 12 hat minimum with discounts automatically applied in the cart for 24 hats ($2/unit off), 48 hats ($4/unit off), and 96 hats ($6/unit off).

  Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email from logos@typromo.com requesting a logo submission. Once we receive your logo, we will mock up your product for final approval before production. Be sure to submit a vector file so we have the highest quality image ready to use. This is to ensure we do not have to charge our clients for set up fees associated with editing logos or searching for higher quality images.

 For in stock items, your order should be ready for shipment in 5 to 10 business days once mock ups are approved. Shipping times on items not in stock, vary between 5 and 10 business days as well.
