We strive to give our clients the best prices on swag and supplies for their businesses. A minimum order of 12 units is required for all tumblers and mugs. Additional discounts are applied automatically at checkout for 24 ($1.00 off/unit), 48 units ($2.00 off/unit), and 120+ units ($2.50 off).
Logo Submission
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email from logos@tcgiftsandengraving.com requesting a logo submission. Once we receive your logo, we will mock up your product for final approval before production. Be sure to submit a vector file so we have the highest quality image ready to use. This is to ensure we do not have to charge our clients for set up fees associated with editing logos or searching for higher quality images.
Production Time
For in stock items, your order should be ready for shipment in 5 to 10 business days once mock ups are approved. Shipping times on items not in stock, vary between 5 and 10 business days as well.
